No. The C# Academy is free and will always be free. We've created this paid membership area with exclusive content in this separate website so things don't get mixed up. If you're willing to keep following the Roadmap for free, you can continue submitting your projects in the academy for review. Nothing has changed! 😁

The Membership area is a complement to the academy. In this first phase of development, we're working to have in-depth explanations of all projects in the academy, including the challenges. Some of those tutorials will be written, some will be in video. We will also offer extra tutorials, not directly related to the Academy's roadmap, but still covering .NET topics for beginners, intermediate and advanced students.

Frequent new content. It might be a lesson in a tutorial, a video, a challenge, or anything else that we think will help your .NET journey. There's always something new. Every student also has one 1-on-1 zoom mentorship meeting. Students preparing for job interviews will have more 1-on-1 meetings, which will be provided case by case. We want you to get that job! 

We will also be providing on-demand content. So if a student wants a tutorial on a specific topic, we will put it together as fast as possible. 

If you've gained a new belt in The C# Academy free area you'll need to complete extra challenges to get your project grades and your certificate. It's designed for those who are really serious about their learning and want to take it to the next level.

The cost of the membership is 4.99 USD/month. We want it to provide premium content for an accessible price for everyone. 😊
